1. What is India Digital Summit?

Organised by the Internet and Mobile Association of India, the India Digital Summit is the country’s oldest and largest summit in the digital landscape. It serves as a platform for 360 degree deliberations on the digital ecosystem by policymakers, regulators, industry captains, academicians and senior professionals. 

The theme for the 18th edition is "Digitise: Monetise: Democratise." This theme underscores the significance of harnessing digital architecture, utilizing digitalization for economic prosperity, and ensuring inclusivity in the digital age. 

The theme reflects the powerful impact of digital strategies on economic growth, emphasizing the art of leveraging technology for the benefit of society as a whole.

This year, we are thrilled to celebrate the 18th edition of the India Digital Summit. 

3. When and where is this conference being organized?

The 18th IDS is being organized: 

  • At the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai

5. Who is organizing the Event?

The event is organized by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI). 

6. How to reach the venue?

The Jio World Convention Centre offers a convenient location, with accessibility in mind: 

  • A mere 20-minute journey from the Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. 
  • Also, a quick 20-minute drive from the Dadar railway station. 
  • Similarly, just 20 minutes away from the Lokmanya Tilak Terminus railway station. 
  • A short 15-minute drive from the Bandra railway station. 
7. Is there parking available?

I regret to inform you that we do not offer any parking facilities at the venue. 

8. How to get the pictures of the conference?

To access your pictures, kindly keep an eye at this space/ Gallery tab, which will be updated during/ post the conference. 

9. Will the conference be available for live streaming?

We shall update details soon. 

10. Do we get a certificate after attending the conference?

I regret to inform you that we do not provide any kind of certificate for attending the conference. 

11. Is there any place where we can keep our luggage?

I regret to inform you that we do not offer any luggage storage facility at the venue. 

12. Is there a dress code?

We recommend dressing formally for the event.

Delegates
1. Can we get the attendee list?

We want to assure you that our organization adheres to a strict privacy policy. We do not share any attendee details with external entities. 

2. How to book a one-to-one meeting? 

The one-on-one meetings are organized on a priority basis. Please write to Siddhartha Sengupta at siddharta@iamai.in

3. How to attend the conference?

Please note that this is a physical-only event, to which you have to register, and there is no online mode available to attend the conference. 

4. What are the steps to register?  

Registration Steps: 

Step 1: Click on the <Buy Passes> tab

Step 2: Under your preferred pass type, click on "Buy Now" 

Step 3: Fill in all the required details. 

Step 4: Apply the provided promo code and select your pass type. 

Step 5: If you have a GST number, enter the details (optional). 

Step 6: Click on "Submit & Next" at the bottom of the page. 

Step 7: Add your payment details and complete the payment. 

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email from <registration domain>. 

5. Do we have a day-wise pass?  

Each pass is valid for all 2 days of the event. Kindly ensure to carry your pass with you throughout the entire duration of the conference. 

6. Is there a visitor entry?

Please note that there is no separate pass available for 'visitors only.'  

7. Is there lunch available?  

The Networking lunch is an exclusive inclusion for attendees with a Gold or Platinum pass only. Lunch is not included in the Silver pass or Student pass. 

8. What are the types of passes?  

Platinum, Gold, Silver and Student category passes are available for IDS 2024.

10. Is there an age- bracket to attend the conference? 

The conference is open to individuals between the ages of 21 to 55. 

11. Are there any stay options? 

You may book your stay as per your choice of hotels around the venue. 

12. How many delegates will take part of this conference? 

We are thrilled to announce that the conference anticipates welcoming over 10,000+ attendees. It promises to be a gathering of immense knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities. 

13. What are the profiles of people that are attending?

Exhibition
1. How many booths are there at IDS?

We are pleased to announce that we have arrangements for a total of 180 booths, providing ample opportunities for exhibitors and showcasing diverse offerings at the event. 

2. What is the starting cost for the exhibition?  

The basic cost for Start up pods – 1x1 sq mts 1,25,000 + taxes.

3. What sectors are participating?  

An exciting array of sectors, including Digital Advertising, Digital Gaming, Space Tech, Retail Tech, Entertainment Tech, EduTech, Digital Public Infrastructure, Agri Tech, AI, Security Tech, D2c, E-Commerce and Travel Tech, will be actively participating in this conference.

5. Who to contact for vendor?

6. What is the size of a stall?

The stall specifications include: 

  • Stall size: 3m x 3m 
  • Furnishings: 1 table, 2 chairs 
  • Amenities: 1 dustbin 
  • Identification: Name on the fascia panel 
  • Illumination: 2 spotlights 
7. What is shell space/raw space?

Shell Space: Standard structure with pre-arranged items (3m x 3m stall, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 dustbin, Name on the fascia panel, 2 spotlights). 

Provides a ready-made setup for exhibitors. 

Raw Space: A bare space where exhibitors have the flexibility to design and build their own setup. 

Allows for more customization and creative freedom. 

8. Is there an exhibitor pass available or do we have to purchase?  

Please note that there is no separate exhibitor pass. Exhibitors can access the event using the provided passes associated with their participation. 

9. What is the timing of the exhibition on the day of the event?  

The exhibition will commence at 09:30 hrs on all three days and conclude at 17:00 hrs on the 27th and 28th. Move in and move out time will be communicated to you via Exhibition POC from organising team.
